Uploading Fee Reports for Analysis

Upload and process payment processor fee reports on Juspay Hyperswitch Cost Observability to visualize costs and identify savings opportunities

Login to the Cost Observability dashoard and go to the onboarding page.

Select processors

Choose the processor for which you want to use the data to visualise.

In this example we will consider Adyen, as payment reports from different processors can vary in format.

After selecting the processor click "Proceed to next"

After completing the step 1, you will see the below screen to select date range, and upload fee reports.

For Adyen, we will need the following reports, always check the required reports for a processor.

You will need to upload all the types of reports for each month seperately.

Processing and insights

After uploading the reports, it will take around 10-15 minutes to analyse the reports and build the dashboard.

View Dashboard

Click on view dashboard button once the analysis is done.
